The E. Toti 59 project is one of our successfully implemented projects in the “A-Nature” climate house standard. We built 13 modern and comfortable apartments in an attractive district of Meran, South Tyrol and handed them over to the satisfied owners on schedule. The building is characterized by high-quality architecture, energy-efficient construction and an optimal room layout. We have applied technically innovative solutions that ensure soundproofing, insulation, safety and sustainability. The apartments have decentralized room ventilation with heat recovery, wood-aluminium windows with triple glazing, district heating, large-format tiles and country house parquet. We also offer our customers functional additional areas such as private gardens and loggias as well as a wonderful location. We pride ourselves on creating new homes for our customers that meet their needs and desires.
